We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on accountingelite.com (text, graphics, designs, tools) remains the property of Accounting Elite. Client-provided financial data remains the client’s property but may be used for delivering agreed services.
9. Amendments
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
